Default Gw.exe is not working

I have been using this same computer for months and suddenly Gw.exe wont run on this computer its telling me im getting an error and it cant run im uninstaling and reinstalling now but nothing ive tried so far has worked is this a common occourence is something down or something wrong with my computer?


EDIT: Fixed problem but im worried i will be victum to keyloggers my virus scan isnt to effective but says nothing came up is it safe to login?

If your computer is for your own personal use and unused by any of your family members/friends, you should be aware of whether you've entered suspicious websites.

corrupted files and keyloggers are easy to pick up (similar to adware). I suggest downloading the free version of AVG and run a full scan.

Other than that, I can't help you anymore because you haven't explained the gw.exe problem. was it not executing the program or were you experiencing problems connecting to Anet's servers? or was it just crashing?

Ultimately, it should be safe to log in unless you're honestly skeptical of your own browsing.
